Earl Horn, 91, of New London, died Thursday, August 13, 2015 at his home. Arrangements are pending at Elliott Chapel, New London.
Carolyn “Kay” Jeanette Balzer, 86, West Burlington died Wednesday August 12th at the Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.
She is survived by her husband, Robert, a son, Randy of West Burlington and a daughter, Julie Goudie of West Burlington, 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 230 PM on Saturday 8/15 at Lunning Chapel with burial in the Prairie Grove Cemetery, rural West Burlington. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday 8/14 at Lunnings.
Richard Joe Belsley, 91, Burlington died Wed 8/12 at the Great River Hospice House.
He is survived by his wife, Eva, 2 sons, Donald of San Jose, CA and Robert of Newport News, VA, 2 daughters, Nancy Belsley of Burlington and Karen Moore of Marion, IA, 2 brothers, Kenneth of Eureka, IL and Glenn of Morton, IL & 3 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1030 AM Saturday at Lunning Chapel with burial in the Aspen Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral from 9-1015 AM.
