Marijuana, US currency and other items indicating drug distribution were seized at a home in Mount Pleasant resulting in the arrest of Earl Griffin and Tosha Nichols.
Earl Griffin, age 30, and Tosha Nichols, age 27, were arrested and charged with D Felony Possession on Marijuana with intent to deliver and D Felony Drug Tax Stamp Violation as a result of a joint narcotics investigation with the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, Mount Pleasant and New London Police Departments who conducted a search warrant on their home at 1679 Wapello Drive, in Mount Pleasant on Tuesday, August 25th.
Griffin and Nicholes are being held at the Henry County Jail on $10,000 bonds
