Shots Fired In Burlington, No Injuries

Burlington Police say that nobody was injured after two shootings early Saturday Morning in Burlington.

According to a press release, Burlington Police first responded to a report of shots fired in the 300 block of South 5th street at around 5:30 a.m., however nothing was located in the area.

At around 10:20 a.m., police responded to a report of several vehicles traveling at a high rate of speed in the 600 block of South Central, followed by shots being fired in an area south of that location.

Following witness interviews and a search of the area, police determined that two shootings took place: one in the 1100 block of South Central, the other in the area of South 5th and Vine Street.

Nobody was injured.
