Traffic Stop in Henderson County Results in 2 Arrests on Drug Charges

A traffic stop on 900 E., 1/2 mile north of US 34, on Wednesday, October 14th at 7:2o p.m., resulted in 2 arrests after a positive K-9 alert of methamphetamine.

The Driver of the stopped vehicle, Chad Forrester, age 31, was arrested on a Henderson County warrant, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and drug paraphernalia. Forrester’s passenger, Kelsey Gilmour, age 21, was also arrested on possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and drug paraphernalia.

Both were taken to Henderson County Jail.

Henderson County Sheriff’s Office conducted the traffic stop and was assisted by the Illinois State Police and the West Central Illinois Task Force.
