Woman Pleaded Guilty to Lying to Federal Grand Jury on Role in Credit Union Robbery

DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) — A Davenport woman has pleaded guilty to conspiracy and to lying to a federal grand jury about her role in a credit union robbery last year.

The Quad-City Times reports (http://bit.ly/1MvEVbD ) that 35-year-old Danielle Levetzow is scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 24. She made her pleas Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Davenport.

Court records say Levetzow lied to the grand jury in July 2014 about whether she’d entered the Family Credit Union in Davenport on June 5, 2014. She testified that she’d driven by the credit union with a man later identified as Adrian Lomas. The credit union was robbed the next day of nearly $4,100.

She now acknowledges that she went inside to check out the office.

Lomas was sentenced last month to 20 years for robbery.
