Lee County Health Department will hold a Children’s Immunization Clinic Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Lee County Health Dept, 2218 Ave H, Ft. Madison from 12 noon until 5:30pm.
The clinic is open to children who have no insurance, are insured by Iowa Medicaid or those who have private health insurance that does not cover the cost of vaccines. No appointment is necessary.
Free lead testing is available for ALL children ages 6mos to 6 years that reside in Iowa.
