Keokuk Man Faces Multiple Drug Charges

Mark Allen, a Hawkeye Village resident in Keokuk was arrested on Friday, November 13th, on multiple misdemeanor drug charges.

Mark Allen is charged with maintaining a drug house, child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance (Fentanyl) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

If convicted, Allen faces up to 5 years and 30 days in a state correctional facility.

The arrest of Allen stems from an investigation by the Lee County Department assisted the Lee County Narcotics Task Force into allegations that he was involved into the use of illegal narcotics in the Lee County Area.
