Burlington Police Detectives arrested Scottie O’Neal McDuffie, age 28, in his home located at 3001 Sylvania Drive, on at 3:21 p.m., on November 24, and is being charged with Possession of Obscene Material.
McDuffie, who is originally from Bonaparte was suspected of being in possession of child pornography and a search warrant conducted by the Burlington and Fort Madison Police department resulted in finding such material in his home at on Tuesday.
McDuffie is being held without bond at the Des Moines County Correctional Facility awaiting court appearance
