Rodney Fugate

The funeral service for Rodney Jay Fugate, 60, will be 10:00 AM Wednesday at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor JudyAnn Morse officiating and full military honors rendered by the Burlington Area Veterans Honor Guard.  Burial will be in the Fugate Family Cemetery in Green Top, MO.  Visitation will be from noon until 7:00 PM with the family to receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM today at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home & Crematory.  A memorial has been established.

Ruth Runnells 

The funeral service for Ruth Elsie Runnells, 88, will be 11:00 AM Thursday at Grace United Methodist Church with Reverend David Bracht-Wagner officiating.  Burial will be in Burlington Memorial Park Cemetery.  Visitation will be from noon until 7:00 PM with the family to receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Wednesday at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home & Crematory.  A memorial has been established.

Lucille Wittkamp

The funeral service for Lucille Wittkamp, 95, will be 10:00 AM Saturday, July 30, at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home & Crematory with Reverend Gary Karas officiating.  Visitation will be from noon until 7:00 PM with the family to receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Friday, July 29, at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home & Crematory.  Cremation will be entrusted to the care of Prugh~Thielen Crematory following the service.  Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery Monday, August 1.  A memorial has been established.

Russell Casey

Graveside committal service with militaty rites for Russell N. Casey Jr., 69, will be at Keokuk National Cemetery at a later date  Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh~Thielen Crematory.

Gary Waddell 
 
Gary Lee Waddell, 63, of Burlington, died at 7:05 PM Friday, July 22, 2016, at the Great River Medical Center.
Born October 18, 1952, in Burlington, he was the son of James Edward and Anne Agnes Lange Waddell.
Gary was a general contractor for 35 years, operating his own business, specializing in cement finishing.
Gary was an avid outdoorsman; he loved to fish & hunt. He loved his friends & family very much, and was happiest surrounded by those he loved. He was a natural funny guy, and he loved playing harmless pranks on family/friends. He always waited to see how you were “going to get him back” & expected a prank in return. He loved animals & had several pets throughout the years, including a pet raccoon. He was a gentle giant…a big guy with a big heart who would help others whenever he could. He was a member of St Johns Catholic Church & loved God. He is & will continue to be missed.
Survivors include one sister, Mary Swanson of Burlington; one brother, Jim Waddell of Peoria, IL; two nieces, Annie Butcher of Jacksonville, FL, Kathy Waddell of Peoria, IL; one great-niece, Audry J. Engler, and one nephew, Danny Waddell of Burlington.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and two nephews.
Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh~Thielen Crematory.
There will be no visitation or services at this time. Burial will be held at a later date.
