David Richard Ohlmutz, 56, of West Burlington, died Tuesday, August 23, 2016, at his home.
Born August 17, 1960, in Burlington, he was the son of Henry Charles and Helen May Gladman Ohlmutz.
David was a quality control inspector at Antennacraft.
He attended Burlington High School.
He enjoyed golf, video games, bowling and listening to music.
Survivors include two sisters, Susan (Terry) Keith of West Burlington, Marilyn Gerth of Arizona City, AZ; one brother, Dennis (Sherry) Ohlmutz of Burlington; one niece and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, one infant brother, and one niece.
Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh~Thielen Crematory.
There will be no visitation or services.
