The brackets have been announced and Iowa State is in their sixth consecutive tournament. They’re seeded fifth in the Midwest Regional and will take on 12th seeded Nevada on Thursday.
Iowa will not be in the NCAA tournament but will take a 1st seed at the National Invitational Tournament. They’ll host South Dakota on Wednesday.

In the NBA, the Chicago Bulls fell to Boston 100-80.
Preseason Baseball saw the St. Louis Cardinals tie Miami at 9-9. The Chicago Cubs fell to Oakland 9-8. The Chicago White Sox beat the Dodgers 15-5.
