Justin Keever
The Burlington Police Department took 28 year old Justin Keever of Burlington into custody yesterday and charged him with second degree sexual abuse of a victim under 12 years of age. Keever was arrested on a warrant and held on a cash only 100 thousand dollar bond.
Burlington police also arrested Logan Talley of Burlington on the charge of 3rd degree sexual abuse against a willing victim. Talley was arrested on a warrant and was held on a 20 thousand dollar cash only bond.
