Marquantay Brown
A 21 year old Burlington Man on probation after receiving a deferred judgement in 2016 for possession with intent to deliver was arrested Sunday.
According to court documents, Marquantay Brown consented to a search of his residence on Agency Street. Officers located more than 43 grams of marijuana, a digital scale, both unused and used packaging material and drug paraphernalia during the search. According to the police report, there were several bags of marijuana in the apartment.
Brown is being held in the Des Moines County Jail for violation of his probation, he is also charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and tax stamp violations.
