The Burlington Police Department took 32 year old Loretta Clark into custody at the Des Moines County Court House today (Monday) at 1:30 in the afternoon. Clark is being held at the Des Moines County Jail on $2000 bond.
24 year old Dylan Fynquist is being held on $10,000 bond after being arrested by the just before 1:30 This (Monday) afternoon.
