Lee County Narcotics Task Force Arrests Keokuk Man

Both Felony and Misdemeanor Drug charges have been files against 25 year old Zachary Boecker after an investigation into a suspicious call.

The lee County Narcotics Task Force says that during an investigation, items were located that lead to the arrest of the Keokuk man. Police say Boecker has been charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine under five grams, second or subsequent offense, a class C felony with an enhancement. Also t misdemeanor charges of
possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts, and providing false identification to law enforcement.

If convicted, Boecker faces up to 36 years in a state correctional facility.
Furthermore, Boecker faces an outstanding warrant from another county.
