20 year old Tanner White was arrested on Monday by the Montrose Police Department on a charge of driving while barred. White was taken to the Lee county Jail. While in custody, he was served a warrant from the Keokuk Police Department on a charge of 2nd degree theft. White has made his initial court appearance and is on a pre-trial release. According to court documents, White will be back in court on July 2nd.
