Candace Guihan
32 year old Candace Guihan was taken into custody on Thursday for a violation of her probations. According to court documents, her arrest stems from a report of violations submitted to the court on June 13th and a warrant issued on the 14th. She is currently held on $10,000 cash bond. Guihan pleaded guilty last year to a charge of forgery.
Tyler Plowman
The Burlington Police Department has arrested 27 year old Tyler Plowman. He was taken into custody Thursday on for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, he is also charged with failure to appear and is being held on a warrant from Lee County for contempt of court. Plowman’s bond was set a $3,300.
Devan Taylor
An alleged violation of probation has led to the arrest of 22 year old Devan Taylor. He was on probation for an charge of second degree theft. According to court Documents, on June 11th the District 8 Probation Office filed a probation violation report with the court, requesting revocation of Taylor’s probation. Also on June 11th, Judge Mary Ann Brown issues a warrant for his arrest, setting his bond at $5000. Taylor is currently being held at the Des Moines County Jail.
