Jonathon Lineberry
31` year old Jonathon Lineberry was taken into custody by the Burlington Police Department yesterday. According to court documents, Lineberry is subject to a no contact order held by the mother of his child. According to documents on file, Lineberry contacted the protected party via Facebook using his dogs name. Lineberry is accused of violating the order on at least two other occasions as well. He is being held on a warrant for violation of the order as well as another charge of violation of a no contact order, with no bond.
A woman used her granddaughters name and personal information with Alliant Energy to avoid having her power cut off according to court documents. 57 year old Janet Cain was heard impersonating her granddaughter on a recording obtained by police from Alliant Energy. Police says in the recording, Cain is heard using the name, social security number and other information while impersonating the injured party. She is being held on $5000 bond on a charge of Identity Theft.

30 year old Clayten Schmeler is being held on no bond at the Des Moines County Jail after being taken into custody by the Des Moines County Sheriff’s office yesterday. He is accused of signing out of a residential facility on May 18th for the reason of employment and failing to return as required by the facilities guidelines.
