Chad Runnells

 

An arrest warrant for failure to pay child support from Polk County has resulted in the arrest of 42 year old Chad Runnells. The Burlington Police Department took Runnells into custody Saturday at 10:44 in the morning. He is being held on $26,500 cash bond, pending extradition to Polk County.

 

 

 


Kenneth Morrison

 

Des Moines County Sheriff’s office took 23 year old Kenneth Morrison into custody on Saturday on a Hancock County Illinois Warrant and a charge of failure to appear on a charge of violation of probation. Court records indicate that Morrison failed to appear for a pre-trial hearing in May, resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.

 

 

 


William Kirchner

 

29 year old William Kirchner Jr. has been taken into custody by the Burlington Police Department for failure to appear on weapons charges. Court records show that Kirchner was charged with possession of a weapon by a felon and in March of this year. He allegedly failed to appear for a hearing on the 22nd. Kirchner was taken into custody on Sunday at 3:20 in the morning and is being held in the Des Moines County Jail on a $25,000 cash only bond for a court appearance today (Monday).
