Bailey Burgess
A 20 year old Montrose man was arrested on Monday by the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office and held for a warrant for Lee County.
Bailey Burgess was initially charged with third degree theft. He was also charged with a violation of his probation in June of 2016. He was extradited to the Lee County Jail where he is being held on a $10,000 cash bond.
