A Fort Madison man has been arrested on rape and sodomy charges.
Hamilton Illinois Police Chief Nick Jamerson says that the department has arrested 33 year old Adam Tucker on a number of warrants including first degree rape and first degree sodomy. The warrants for Tucker’s arrest were issued by Clark County Missouri authorities.
According to the press release, the police along with Hancock County Sheriff’s office believed Tucker to be in the Hamilton area. The report says that he was located and taken into custody without incident on Tuesday at 10:00 PM as part of a traffic stop.
