Capps-Guzman

 

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office took 18 year old Christopher Capps Guzman into custody on Friday at 5:48 in the evening. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held on a probation violation and two warrants, one for first degree theft and a second for second degree theft. Guzman was held on a total of $40,000 on the two warrants.

 

 

 


Keaton Robinson

 

Also taken into custody on Friday, 26 year old Keaton Robinson from Keokuk. Robinson was held at the Lee County Jain for failure to appear and also on a warrant for a violation of his probation. He was on probation for a March of 2016 charge of going armed with intent and first degree harassment. He was held on a $10,000 bond.

 

 

 


Gerleman

Shive

 

Two Washington, Iowa residents were charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on Friday night. 24 year old Kennedy Shive and 22 year old Alexandria Gerleman were released on a promise to appear in court.

 

 

 


Segovia

 

39 year old Anthony Segovia was arrested by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday on a violation of his probation. He was on probation for a second degree theft conviction, his bond was set at $7500 on the warrant.

 

 

 

 


Mitchell

 

65 year old Mark Mitchell from Fort Madison was taken into custody after he was found sleeping in a car near a bar Sunday morning at 4:35 in the morning. Mitchell was reportedly nearly naked, he was charged with possession of a controlled substance, carrying weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia he was released on his own recognizance.

 

 

 


Root

 

Sunday morning at 8:37 in the morning, 18 year old Joseph Root from Keokuk was arrested on two charges. According to the Sheriff’s Office, root was found inside a vehicle that was damaged but did not belong to him. The shoe prints on the dents in the car matched the shoes Root was wearing at the time. He was charged with second degree criminal mischief and possession of alcohol by an underage person.
