Chad Barker
40-year-old Chad Barker from Montrose was taken into custody by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office for driving under suspension, which resulted in a warrant for failure to appear on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, fighting or violent behavior. Court records indicate that he was arrested by the Fort Madison Police Department on September 19th, a warrant was issued on October 4th.

Brennan Heidbreder
A one-vehicle accident on 303th street in Lee County has led to the arrest of 24-year-old Brennan Heidbreder for a charge of OWI second offense. According to the accident report, a passer-by reported a 1979 Ford truck in a ditch with two people in it. When the Deputy arrived, Heidbreder and his passenger had removed the truck from the ditch. No injuries were reported.
