Jesse Garnsey

 

40-year-old Jesse Garney was arrested by the Burlington Police Department on Tuesday at 4:37 PM for a pre-trial violation. The warrant was issued on October 24th by Judge Mark Kruse after a violation report was filed with the court by the District 8 probation office. Court records show that Garnsey is facing a charge of first-degree fraudulent practices from June of this year. He was transported to the Des Moines County Jail where he was held on the $15,000 bond associated with the warrant.

 

 

 

 

 


Tyrell Galmore

 

23-year-old Tyrell Galmore was arrested by the Burlington Police Department at 8:34 Monday night and charged with a domestic abuse involving mental or bodily injury. Galmore was initially taken to the Des Moines County Jail and held with no bond. He appeared in court and was given a $1500 bond and had a public defender appointed to represent him in his next hearing, which is scheduled for November 23rd at 2:00 PM at the Des Moines County Court House.
