28-year-old Jamie Patty and 40-year-old James Patty were arrested by the Burlington Police Department yesterday at 11:02 in the morning in the 2700 block of Mt. Pleasant Street. According to the arrest report, both suspects were in possession of methamphetamine. Both are facing controlled substance violations and were transported to the Des Moines County Jail on a $1000 bond. Both are currently free on bond pending a court appearance.
Isaiah Graham
According to court documents, 25-year-old Isaiah Graham was facing charges in Des Moines County Court for 5th-degree criminal mischief and violation of a no-contact order. A warrant was issued for his failure to appear in court on September 26th of this year. The Burlington Police Department took Graham into custody at 2:38 in the afternoon Thursday. Graham is being held at the Des Moines County Jail on a $1000 bond, he is scheduled to be in court on December 11th.
Alec Kloos
19-year-old Alec Kloos was taken into custody by the Des Moines County Sheriff’s Office for his failure to appear in court on traffic violations. Kloos missed his initial court appearance for driving under suspension and failure to provide proof of financial liability. He has been released on a $600 bond pending his next court appearance.
