Des Moines County Arrests

Multiple individuals were picked up on warrants over the weekend in Des Moines County.

Katie Campbell

A total of five warrants from other jurisdictions were served on 36-year-old Katie Campbell by the Des Moines County Sheriff’s Office this (Monday) morning at 4:51 in the morning. Campbell had a warrant from Clarke County for failing to appear on a probation violation, a warrant from Ottumwa for a probation violation, a warrant from Osceola for a probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance, a warrant from Creston for a probation violation and finally a warrant from Union County for a violation of probation. Campbell was taken to the Des Moines County Correctional Facility where she is being held with no bond pending extradition to the other jurisdictions.

 


Bonnie Cremer

At 4:30 this (Monday) morning the Des Moines County Sheriff’s Office served a Jefferson County Warrant on 32-year-old Bonnie Cremer. According to arrest records, she is facing possession of contraband in a correctional facility in the other jurisdiction. Cremer was transported to the Des Moines County Jail and held on a $5000 bond for possible extradition to Jefferson County.

 

 

 


Aliana Parker

21-year-old Alaina Parker was taken into custody by the Burling Police Department on two Des Moines County Warrant for pre-trial violations. Parker was taken into custody at 2:41 this (Monday) morning and taken to the Des Moines County Jail where she is being held on a $25,000 bond for a pre-trial violation on an original charge of possession of marijuana from October 2nd of this year. The second warrant for a pre-trial violation on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia also from October 2nd. She is being held on a total bond of $26,000 and arrest records show that she is currently serving a sentence at the Des Moines County Correctional Facility.

 


Jesse Arnaman

The West Burlington Police Department took 34-year-old Jesse Arnaman in custody on Saturday at 5:21 PM on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge 3rd-degree harassment. Court records show that he was scheduled for a non-jury trial on December 3rd by failed to show up for his court date. A $1000 bond warrant was issued at that time. Arnaman is currently free on bond pending his next court date.

 

 

 


Tomika Moore

Failure to appear in court on an OWI offense on December 14th resulted in a warrant being issued for 40-year-old Tomika Moore. The Burlington Police Department took Moore into custody Saturday on a $5000 bond. She was taken to the Des Moines County Jail and was released on a promise to appear in court on the 21st.

 

 

 

 


Devyn McBride

A bench warrant for failure to appear on a 2nd-degree theft charge on December 14th was issued for 21-year-old Devyn McBride. A second warrant for failure to appear on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was also issued by Judge Emily Dean on the same day. On December 11th, McBride was taken into custody on a sex offender registration violation and a charge of interference with official acts, those cases are also pending in Des Moines County Court. He is being held at the Des Moines County Jail on a $5500 bond.

 

 


Steven Reynolds

Faultier to appear in court on a charge of driving on a suspended license resulting in a warrant being issued for 35-year-old Steven Reynolds. The Burlington Police Department arrested Reynolds on that $ 1000 warrant on Friday afternoon at 12:51 in the afternoon. He was released from the Des Moines County Jail on a promise to appear in court on the 21st.

 

 

 

 


Kaleb Branton

20-year-old Kaleb Branton was taken into custody by the Burlington Police Department Friday at 11:35 in the morning on a warrant from Des Moines County for a violation of his probation. Branton a has pending case in Des Moines County Court for burglary from May of this year. He was taken to the Des Moines County Jail on a $1000 bond and is currently free pending his next court appearance.

 

 

 


In Other Arrests:

Troy Walker

55-year-old Troy Walker is facing three drug charges after being arrested by the Burlington Police Department Thursday evening at 6:04 PM. According to the criminal complaint, Walker was operating a Chevy S-10 with a broken light out. When officers approached the vehicle they smelled marijuana and asked Walker to exit the vehicle. Walker consented to a search as was found in possession of marijuana, a small amount of meth and a meth pipe. He was arrested and taken to the Des Moines County Jail on a $1000 bond.

 

 

 


Hope Eid

In July of 2017, an arrest warrant was obtained by the Des Moines County Sheriff’s Office for 21-year old Hope Eid on a charge of forgery. According to court documents, she pleaded not guilty to the charge in August of 2018, but she was in prison at the time in Logan Illinois. The Des Moines County Sheriff’s Office served the warrant on Eid at 4:00 PM Thursday and took her into custody. She is being held at the Des Moines County Jail on no bond.

 

 

 


Jonathan Harian

While on the scene for another matter, the Burlington Police Department was notified that 26-year-old Jonathan Harian was on the property of an apartment complex on Maple Street, where he was barred. Police entered an apartment with the tenant’s consent and found Harian in an upstairs bedroom. After being detained, a search of the suspect turned up marijuana and a pipe. He was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harian has posted bond and has been released pending further court action.
