A Burlington man has been charged with felony sex abuse for allegedly fondling his ex-girlfriend’s son.
Authorities say 38-year-old Kendrick Madison was arrested on a warrant for 2nd-degree sex abuse and indecent contact with a child on Saturday. According to court documents he is accused of fondling a 7-year-old boy who was sleeping in bed with him several years ago.
Madison made his initial appearance in court Monday, he’s being held on a $50K cash-only bond at the Des Moines County jail.
