A Burlington man could be facing a thirty-year prison sentence after being found guilty on felony drug trafficking charges.
The Des Moines County attorney’s office says 30-year-old Michael Garcia was convicted of Delivery of Methamphetamine and a drug tax stamp violation after a one-day trial on Tuesday. He was arrested in September of last year following an investigation by the Southeast Iowa narcotics task force.
He’s due back in court on April 29th for sentencing.
