HyVee is teaming up with Variety- The Children’s Charity to provide bicycles for children in need.
Starting today, Hyvee will host its Petals for Pedals fundraiser. The hope is that HyVee will be able to donate one Bicycle to a child in each community in which they have a store.
HyVee will sell a dozen roses for ten dollars and a part of that money will go the charity to help buy the bikes.

It was not clear in the press release if communities such as Burlington who have more than one HyVee store will have more than one child receive a bike.
The fundraiser will run until July 30.
