A local Woman was arrested on Saturday on a slew of charges.
KARISSA BREANNE COUGHENOUR was arrested on Saturday after a warrant was put out for four counts of Forgery. She was also charged with operating a vehicle without permission of the owner.
Coughenour is being held on a $20,000 bond.
Brandon Scott
The man Burlington Police Arrested for breaking into cars last week has gotten another charge.
Brandon Scott Hand was charged with 5th degree theft, a simple misdemeanor. He has previously been charged with six counts of Third Degree Burglary, a Class D Felony punishable by up to five years for each count. He remains in Des Moines County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
