Judge Delays Ruling on Baldwin’s Testimony

Judge Mark Kruse refused to issue a ruling on whether Stanley Baldwin can be called as a witness in the upcoming trials of Majestic Malone and Markell Price.

Baldwin has been charged with willful injury in connection to events that led up to the death of Eddie Breuer. Malone and Price are charged with Breuer’s murder. Baldwin’s Lawyer has previously argued that forcing him to appear in court and take the fifth amendment on the stand would prejudice his trial, which is set for late August. His attorney also argued that other charges against Baldwin could come as a result of his testimony.

On the other hand, Attorneys for Malone and Price argue Baldwin was the only person present for the entirety of the event that caused Breuer’s death and watched as other individuals also attacked Breuer. Further, it has been argued that without actually being charged with Breuer’s death
