The Jury in the murder trial of Majestic Malone and Markell Price got a chance to watch security footage from the afternoon Eddie Breuer was murdered.

A number of security cameras are on the Acres Street house Breuer was murdered at, though footage from only one camera was presented to the jury.

The video showed to Jurors did not show Breuer being murdered but rather showed the multitude of people who were at the Acres Street house around the time Breuer was killed.

According to Owen Laird, who testified on Thursday, identified the individuals in the video as himself, his brother Evan, Markell Price, Stanley Baldwin and Majestic Malone. He also identified the truck of a friend who was helping Laird move into the apartment on Acres Street

He also said Price was carrying a bottle of sprite which Laird said Price would later pour on Breuer’s head.

Laird went on to explain exactly what happened that day.

During Direct Examination, Laird testified He hit Eddie Breuer a couple of times and chased Breuer when he tried to escape. He also said Stanley Baldwin hit Breuer a few times and broke his hand with a red metal pipe. Laid said though that when it came to who killed Breuer, that it was Price and Malone were the ones who killed Breuer.

However, under Cross Examination Laird testified he told 911 operators and investigators that he killed Breuer.

In fact, according to Defense Attorney Hedi Van Winkle, the story of Price and Malone killing Breuer was Laird’s fifth iteration of story. Other stories varied in the amount he was involved and all but his first story indicated Stanley Baldwin had at least some level of involvement.

The trial continues today at 9 a.m.
