Stanley Baldwin
One of the men charged in the death of Eddie Breuer has new charges this morning.
Stanley Baldwin was charged with disorderly conduct on Saturday. Baldwin was in the county jail at the time of the new charges being added and no additional information was available on the DesCom Website.
Baldwin is one of three people charged in connection with Breuer’s death. Baldwin is also the only defendant charged in Breuer’s death not charged with murder. Witnesses have testified at the trial of the two men accused of murder that Baldwin broke Breuer’s hand and told someone who was at the scene to go pick up one of the two men who would allegedly murder breuer.
Baldwin has been charged with willful injury and is currently awaiting trial.
