A second witness testified today that she saw many of the events of the day Eddie Breuer was killed, but defense attorney Hedi Van Winkle pointed out many incosistancies in the testimony.

Markell Price and Majestic Malone are accused of killing Breuer by beating him to death in an Acres Street Apartment.

The Witness, who is a minor, testified that her boyfriend backed into a Leebrick street house so he and Owen Laird could load Cabinets, but in her deposition, she said he pulled in and did not back in. She also told Prosecutors she didn’t see Evan Laird when she got to the house, but she said in her deposition she saw both boys.

The witness also said she saw Price and Malone take Breuer up the stairs and saw one of the defedants dragging him down the stairs by the hand, but was not sure which one.

The Witness’s testimoney was interupted when Judge Mark Kruse was alerted that two individuals in the gallery were wearing T-Shirts in support of Breuer.

The two men wore T-shirts that read ‘Fly high Fast Eddie’ Tshirts and sat in the second row of the courtroom, right in front of the jurors.

Kruse appeared to have been alerted to the clothing of the individuals by the court coordinator.

Assistant Attorney General Scott Brown, who is prosecuting the case, said the individuals came in after he and Lisa Schaefer had sit down as they could not see them. Brown recognized the displays are not appropriate.

The individuals later returned with their shirts inside out.
