The city of Burlington announced on their Facebook page last week that they have three lots that will be for sale as soon as they can find bidders.
According to the city’s Facebook page each lot will be about one third of an acre and are on sequoia drive. The city needs a bid of at least thirty thousand dollars for the auction to be scheduled. If the bids are placed, the lot will go to auction at a city council meeting,
That’s not to say someone can purchase the lot without any requirements. Whoever eventually buys the lot must begin building a house within 12 months and the construction must be completed by the end of twenty four months.
