BURLINGTON, Ia- The City of Burlington announced that beginning on Thursday, August 22nd, the Locust Sewer Separation project will begin. The phase starting on Thursday will result in the closure of Locust Street from Main Street to 4th Street. The whole project will take 10-12 months dependent on the weather. The project information will be updated as construction progresses.
