Burlington, Ia- The Burlington Parks Department will be hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony in re-dedication of DeEdwin and Gladys White memorial Park. Upgrades made to the park include new playground equipment, updated landscaping, and a sidewalk surrounding the equipment with a built-in wall for seating, The Ceremony will be taking place at the park at South 5th and Angular Street at 4 PM on Sept. 10th.
