Monmouth, Il- On September 14th, 61-year-old John Lozier was traveling southbound on South Main Street in Monmouth at 180th Avenue when another driver, identified as 14-year-old Robert Burgess, failed to stop at the stop sign. Lozier’s vehicle was struck in the passenger side and overturned.
Lozier and an unnamed front seat passenger were transported to Holy Family Medical Center with non-life threating injuries. Burgess was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital in Galesburg with non-life
threatening injuries as well.
