Burlington, Ia- 44-Year-old Jennifer Lynn Tucker of Burlington was arrested on Wednesday for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. A Des Moines County Pres release states that Tucker was also arrested for possession of heroin with intent to deliver. Both charges for Tucker are both Subsequent and Habitual charges. The Jury deliberated for less than one hour before reaching a guilty verdict on both counts. Tucker is now facing up to 75 years for Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine and up to 45 years for possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin. Her sentencing hearing is set for December 2nd.
