Burlington, Ia (The Hawk Eye)- Presidential candidate Andrew Yang was originally scheduled for an appearance at the Washington in Burlington Tuesday but canceled the appearance Monday. According to a campaign spokesperson, the Burlington events have been replaced with one in Iowa City due to a scheduling conflict. The Yang campaign does plan to come to Burlington in the near future. The Hawk Eye reports that the owner of The Washington David Hazell said the club might put on a faux Caucus Night where voters can practice for the Iowa caucuses on Feb. 3rd.
