28-year-old Belinda Burk of Oskaloosa was arrested by Burlington Police at 9th and cedar street Sunday evening for 5th Degree theft. She was later released after posting the $300 dollar bond.
58-year-old Tod Miller was taken into custody by Burlington Police Sunday Night at 937 Shields Street. He was arrested for 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse, and taken to Des Moines County Jail on no bond.
