40-year-old Trisha Leibli was taken into custody by police at 659 E Agency Road in West Burlington. She was arrested on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault. She was taken to Des Moines County Jail on no bond.
39-year-old Shaun Hillman was apprehended by Burlington Police at 532 South 9th Street Monday Night. He was arrested on a charge of Criminal Mischief and taken to Des Moines County Jail on a $1000 bond.
