Burlington, Ia- This past Saturday 29-year-old Jacob Brosman of Burlington turned himself in to authorities at the Des Moines County Correctional Center on a Des Moines County warrant charging him with Sex Abuse in the 2nd Degree.
The charge stems from an investigation conducted by the Burlington Police Department’sCriminal Investigations Division with the assistance of The Mississippi Valley Child Protection Center.
He is currently held at the Des Moines County Jail on no bond, pending a court appearance.
