Burlington, Ia- With COVID-19 still an issue and Social distancing making things difficult for businesses and local government the Burlington city council will convene for their next work session Monday evening at 4:30 PM. Usually, during these meetings input from the public is accepted but, due to the nature of the current situation, the meeting will be closed to the public and all public participation will be conducted over the phone.
