Fort Madison, IA- A Fort Madison City Councilwoman was arrested Saturday, September 23rd, and charged with OWI.
The Pen City Current reports that Fort Madison City Councilwoman Donna Amandus was arrested by the Lee County Sheriff’s office after leaving the Keokuk Yacht Club at about 11:30 PM Saturday.
Amandus is up for re-election in November and represents the city’s 3rd Ward.
