Cradle of Hope Pregnancy Resource Center^.open house and luncheon is noon to 3 p.m. at E3 Center, 1400 E. Washing­ton St., Mount Pleasant, also featuring baked goods, desserts and a live auction. Meal cost is $7.

Eagle Riders Breakfast benefiting Des Moines County Sheriffs Reserve is 8 to 11 a.m. at the Eagles Club, 2727 Mount Pleasant St., serving all-you-­can-eat buffet-style. Cost is $7 for adults and $5 for children age 10 and younger.

Gordon Kellenberger art display opens with a reception and gallery talk at 2:30 p.m. at the Art Center, 801 Jefferson St., continuing through April 7. Admission is free.
