.A STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE MIDWEST LATE TONIGHT AND
TUESDAY. SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL CONTINUE ALONG AND NORTH OF
INTERSTATE 80 EARLY THIS MORNING...WITH AROUND 2 INCHES OF SNOW
POSSIBLE.  AS TEMPERATURES RISE TOWARD SUNRISE AND THROUGH THE
MORNING COMMUTE...A BRIEF PERIOD OF FREEZING RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE
AS THE MIXED PRECIPITATION CHANGES OVER TO ALL RAIN ALONG AND
SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80. SOUTHEAST IOWA...WEST CENTRAL
ILLINOIS...AND NORTHEAST MISSOURI WILL SEE OCCASIONAL LIGHT
FREEZING RAIN ENDING BETWEEN 7 AM AND 9 AM TODAY.

MORNING...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN QUAD CITIES HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR LIGHT FREEZING RAIN...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
UNTIL 9 AM CST THIS MORNING.
* TIMING...THROUGH THE MORNING COMMUTE.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...LESS THAN AN INCH.
* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A LIGHT GLAZE...TO A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN
INCH. ANY ICE WILL MELT AFTER THE MORNING COMMUTE.
* WINDS...SOUTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER 30S.
* WIND CHILL READINGS...AS LOW AS 18.
* IMPACTS...THE LIGHT FREEZING RAIN...SLEET OR SNOW MAY RESULT IN
