Chloe Michelle Shinn, daughter of Matthew David and Dawn Michelle Michaelson Shinn, of Burlington, was stillborn Saturday, November 2, 2013, at the Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.
Survivors include her parents, Matthew and Dawn Shinn of Burlington; one brother, Carter Matthew Shinn, and one sister, Claire Ann Shinn, both at home; paternal grandparents, David and Cheryl Shinn of West Burlington; maternal grandparents, Jim and Gail Michaelson of Bradenton, FL; two paternal great-grandmothers, Anna Jones of Burlington, and Ilene Shinn of Northwood, IL; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Anna Grace, four great-grandfathers, and two great-grandmothers.
Cremation has been entrusted to Thielen Crematory.
Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM Thursday, November 7, 2013, at Thielen Funeral Home where the family will receive friends.
The memorial service for Chloe will be 11:00 AM Thursday, November 7, 2013, at Thielen Funeral Home with her father, Matthew Shinn, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Great River Women and Family Center – Obstetrics Unit.

Edwin Cady Rapp, 74, of Burlington, Iowa, died at Great River Hospice House, West Burlington, Iowa, on Monday morning, November 4, 2013.
Born on May 6, 1939 in Burlington, Iowa, he was the son of Paul F. and Mary Jane Cady Rapp. E. C. married Mary Breuer on November 25, 1967 in Burlington, Iowa.
E. C. graduated from Burlington High School in 1957 and Northwestern University in 1961. He served in the Iowa National Guard and was in the insurance business for 50 years. He was a member of Burlington Rotary Club, Ducks Unlimited, Burlington Golf Club and Christ Episcopal Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; one son, Dr. Timothy Rapp of New York City, New York; one daughter, Sarah (Brian) Ford of Carmel, Indiana; four grandchildren, Edwin Rapp, J.B., Caroline and Lucy Ford; one nephew and three nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services for E. C. Rapp will be held on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Christ Episcopal Church, Burlington, Iowa. The Rev. Patricia C. Cashman will officiate. Interment will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.

Kelli Nicole Stevenson Rollins, 30, of Burlington, Iowa, died at Great River Medical Center, West Burlington, Iowa, on Saturday afternoon, November 2, 2013.
Born on December 13, 1982 in Burlington, Iowa, she was the daughter of Alan C. and Kelly M. Brown Stevenson. She married Christopher Benesh in 2001 in Oquawka, Illinois. She married Joseph A. Rollins on March 16, 2010 in Burlington, Iowa.
Kelli was a homemaker and attended Heritage Baptist Church and Harmony Bible Church. She loved shopping and her family was her life. She never hesitated to spend time with her brothers. Her adventures often included four wheeling, low rider trucks and white water. She enjoyed caring for her flower garden and having her picture taken. She was always procrastinating about buying a new phone.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph; one son, Drayton A. Rollins of Burlington, Iowa; her mother, Kelly (Mark) Bowman Sr. of Burlington, Iowa; her father, Alan (Jenny) Stevenson of Burlington, Iowa; paternal grandmother, Dolores Stevenson of Burlington, Iowa; maternal grandfather, Randall L. Brown Sr. of Burlington, Iowa;
mother-in-law, Linda Rollins of Burlington, Iowa; eight brothers, Joshua, Alan Michael, Jessie, Jamie, Bradley & Justin Stevenson, Markie Bowman Jr., and Terry Garmoe, all of Burlington, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by one infant son, Ashton William Patrick Rollins; former husband, Christopher Benesh; maternal grandmother, Patricia A. Brown; paternal grandfather, Arthur Stevenson; and step-grandmother, Earlene Bowman Costilla.
Funeral services for Kelli Nicole Stevenson Rollins will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Prugh’s Chapel, Burlington, Iowa.
Rev. O.C. Wimley will officiate. Interment will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
