Authorities in Henry County caught up with three Burlington residents over the weekend on Burglary and Theft charges.
27-year old Cortney Kite…26-year old Amber Myers…and 45-year old Steve Morris were arrested in connection with an overnight burglary in the 3200 block of James Avenue in Henry County and the theft of an ATV, which was later recovered in Geode State Park. All three suspects were taken to the Henry County Jail.
Deputies say they got help with the investigation and the arrests from the Iowa DNR and the Dept. of Corrections’ Parole High Risk Unit.
