On Sunday, October 4th, Daniel Keith McCarty, age 31, of Sperry was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.
McCarty arrest occurred on the 1200 block of Irish Ridge Road, at approximately 12:57 a.m., he is also being charged on a warrant for theft in the 2nd degree.
McCarty was taken to the Des Moines County Correctional Center.
He was arrested in July, along with his wife, after unsuccessfully trying to steal a car in rural Des Moines County.
